We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with a knowledge of finance to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator.

Working as part of a team you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Data analysis and accurately invoicing customers
  • Chasing outstanding cash via email & Telephone
  • Cash allocation
  • Ensure all tasks are completed as per set deadlines to make sure KPIs are hit and maintained.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information for billing & chasing purposes
  • Dealing with queries as they arise, liaising with sites and other internal & external stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution
  • Accounts Payable support as required
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Reporting to the AP/AR Manager and having regular contact with customers,

all levels of departmental team members and field operations representatives to obtain/verify accounts receivable information.
