Head of Commercial


Following significant growth, the business is looking to appoint a Head of Commercial. 


The Head of Commercial role will set out, oversee and deliver the commercial strategy of ERS Medical. This role will be part of the leadership team and will be responsible for shaping and delivering the long term goals of the business.


The role will manage and develop the commercial team and report into the CFO. The role has full responsibility for account management, sales pipeline, business development, diversifying service lines, competitor analysis, commercial processes and holds financial accountability for business revenues.


Candidates should have excellent communication skills, thorough understanding of public procurement processes, strong presentational skills, strong negotiation skills and be very organised to ensure deadlines are met. A proven track record is required demonstrating achievements in new business growth, negotiations, customer relationship management and delivery of results.
