ERS Medical are looking for a Regional Clinical Trainer – Healthcare Provider (East Midlands Region - covering Stafford and Stoke) Excellent Salary + Benefits.


The Role

As Regional Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for working with our new starters to deliver their clinical qualifications within the workplace, whilst providing exceptional support and guidance to both the learners and the operational teams

Your main duties will include:

  • supporting / motivating learners to ensure progression for their Level 3 Qualifications.
  • supporting development of learners to maximise full potential / stretch knowledge.
  • identifying additional learning needs, providing guidance & resources.
  • provide and update course material, to ensure the training courses are in date and compliant.
  • ensure all additional training including annual updates are in line with the business ‘Training Prospectus 2021’.
  • deliver balanced KPIs in line with Company expectations, be curious and drive change.

The Person

You will already be a qualified Trainer in the Health Care sector with current clinical knowledge. You will require a passion for what you do, the desire to share your knowledge and skills with others and the drive to continue to improve the service and training that is delivered.

  • Level 3 CAVA (or equivalent)
  • Level 4 Education and Training 
  • Qualified Technician/Paramedic (or equivalent) 
  • Assessor Qualification (optional)
